Shop Policies

Payment

• All orders must be paid in full before products can be created or shipped.
• All payments process through Shopify.

Shipping/Pickup

• Most items ship/are available for local pickup within 10 business days. Any items that are "preorder" items will be labeled as such and will include estimated shipping/pickup availability dates. 

Custom Orders

• All custom orders will have a proof provided prior to production. Please review proofs carefully.

Bleached Products

• Each item is handmade and unique. No two products will be identical. 

Refunds

• Dandelion Designs does not accept refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size ordered, misspellings (that were approved via a proof), or buyer remorse. HOWEVER, in the event of any issue with an order please contact via the contact me page, Facebook, or emailing dandelioncustomdesigns@outlook.com.  Product quality is taken very seriously, if there is an issue we would LOVE to resolve it for you!
